Types of callers at a call center
-The giggly girl: pleasure to talk to
-The kid with no idea what he is talking about.
-The self important caller: thinks the world revolves around them.
-The bargain hound: thinks that a call center is the place to haggle
-The one that must file a complaint.
-“GIVE ME BACK MY 5 CENTS”
-The one that thinks they are above you in status or intelligence
-The constant complainer....
“Marry the ugly girl.”
